In these Terms, the following words and expressions have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

Registration and use of the Service is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuing basis:
Underage Use: If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a User is under the minimum required age, the Account will be immediately suspended pending verification. Any winnings generated prior to age verification being completed may be withheld. If the User is confirmed to be underage, the Account will be permanently closed and all deposits refunded in accordance with applicable procedures. No winnings will be paid.
To access the full features of the Service, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information as requested. You agree to maintain and promptly update your Account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account. ad7779 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials. If you suspect your Account has been compromised, you must contact support immediately and change your password without delay.
The Platform displays balances, transaction amounts and bonus values in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for the benefit of Pakistani users. The Service is conducted in English. All communications from ad7779, including terms, support responses and account notifications, will be in English. Where Urdu assistance is available, it is provided as a courtesy and the English version of any term or communication governs in the event of any inconsistency.
Deposit methods available to you are those displayed in the Platform's cashier section at the time of your deposit. Availability may change without prior notice. You are responsible for verifying the availability, applicable fees and limits of any payment method before initiating a transaction.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any real-money Balance remaining in the Account (after deducting any Bonus Funds) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements or pending verification obligations.
ad7779 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with immediate effect and without prior notice, where it determines that:
Where an Account is closed due to a breach, the operator reserves the right to withhold the Balance pending investigation. If the breach is confirmed, the Balance may be forfeited in whole or in part as a measure proportionate to the loss or damage caused.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform is licensed and registered. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the operator's licensing jurisdiction, as appropriate.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and close your Account before the amendments take effect.
