Your Responsibilities: Platform security is a shared responsibility. You are required to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, use a strong unique password and enable two-factor authentication where available. ad7779 will never ask you for your password through any channel. In the event of a personal data breach that is reasonably likely to result in risk to your rights and freedoms, ad7779 will notify affected individuals without undue delay in accordance with applicable data breach notification obligations.

The Service is strictly intended for adults aged 18 or over, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction. ad7779 does not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals who do not meet the minimum age requirement.
Where we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a registered account belongs to a minor, the account will be suspended immediately pending age verification. If the user is confirmed to be below the minimum age, the account will be permanently closed, all deposits refunded and no winnings paid. Any Personal Data collected during such an account's operation will be deleted in accordance with applicable data protection obligations, save to the extent that retention is required by law.

The Platform integrates with third-party services including game studios, KYC verification providers and payment processing gateways, each of which operates under its own privacy policy and data protection framework. ad7779 is not responsible for the data practices of third-party providers. Where we engage third parties as Data Processors, we require them to implement appropriate security and data protection measures through contractual data-processing agreements.
The Platform does not host external links to third-party websites beyond what is necessary for the provision of the Service. This Policy does not extend to any website or service not operated by ad7779.
ad7779 reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements or our data processing practices. Where amendments are material, we will notify registered users by displaying a notice on the Platform or sending a communication to your registered email address prior to the changes taking effect.
The effective date shown at the top of this Policy reflects the date on which the current version came into force. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acknowledgement of and, where applicable, your consent to the revised Policy.
